Should you have anything you would like to discuss please call us on 01483 808252, our office and showroom is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm (closed Sunday) if you get the answer phone, please leave a detailed message and we will call you back asap. If you prefer, you can always email us and request a call back at a convenient time for you.

When will my oak furniture be delivered?

Please take a look at each individual product to view the approximate delivery time. If all your furniture is in stock here then we aim to deliver within 10 working days. If one piece has a longer lead-time, and depending on where you are based, the full order will be delivered at the same time. If you are more local to Furniture Therapy, then we can organise multiple deliveries if needs be. You can email or call to discuss further on 01483 808252.


If an Item is "Out of Stock" how long will delivery be?

Our stock holdings obviously fluctuate every week.  If an item is showing as "Out of Stock" then new stock is certainly on it's way generally within 5-8 weeks.  The best thing to do in this instance is email or call to discuss further.  You will find our contact details here.


Can you deliver outside of the mainland UK? (i.e N’Ireland, Republic or Ireland etc)

Yes Furniture Therapy can do this; we are able to deliver outside mainland UK. We can deliver to any address within GB Mainland via our normal courier. Deliveries to: AB, IV, PH, PF, KW, PA, BT, IM, TR, SA, LD and all Scottish Isles, Republic of Ireland and BT/Northern Ireland are possible via selected couriers that we use, although we do ask for an additional shipping change for these destinations per product. For a quote to your address: Please email or call for a quote of the extra delivery charge.


What will delivery cost me?

Delivery is FREE on all orders to mainland UK over £250. Orders under £250 will be subject to a small charge of £20.  Surcharges may apply if you are in Wales of Scotland, the surcharge will be automatically added at checkout.


Can we view previous customer testimonials before we commit to purchase your oak furniture?

I found a product that I want to purchase but have seen it cheaper somewhere else.

We are sure that our prices are already very low, but if you have found the ‘exact’ same item cheaper elsewhere then please email or call us to discuss.


We are looking for a particular product that is not shown on your website?

We advertise most of our stock on line, but there are items in our showroom and other pieces that we can supply that aren’t on the website either. Please call or email us for more information.


How secure are my credit/debit card details?

All card details are entered through a highly secure environment.  We use PayPal as our gateway for safe, secure and encrypted transactions.  PayPal will email you confirmation of payment immediately after you process the payment.  You can read more on our Secure Payments page.  We have never had any type of security issues!


How can I pay for my oak furniture?

We accept most forms of payment.  Credit and Debit cards are submitted through our automated and fully secure payment gateway online.  When purchasing from our showroom, card payments can be accepted through the same process.  We also accept cash or cheque if preferred.  If you would prefer to process your order over the phone then please call 01483 808252, we can then email you a sales receipt with our bank details on for a bank transfer payment.


What happens after I have processed my order online?

When you have completed an online order with Furniture Therapy – this is what happens next:
1. Your online payment of choice is processed. If there are any problems with the transaction we will call you back.
2. Furniture Therapy will email you a sales receipt with all your details on including your delivery address and contact details. If there is anything incorrect then please call or email us immediately.
3. You will be prompted when purchasing of the delivery due dates. Each product has the delivery time stated. If there are any issues we will call/email immediately.
4. When your item(s) are ready for dispatch we will email you. If you have any queries in between dispatch and delivery then please call/email to obtain a tracking update.
5. You will be called/contacted by our delivery company to arrange delivery. Our delivery company will then contact you within 2 days to organise a time.


Can I view the furniture before I buy?

Yes you can…… Most of our oak furniture is on display at our showroom in Guildford, Surrey. We are open on Tuesday to Saturday, but closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our address is The Olde Barn, Mellersh Farm, Compton, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1HZ. Please see our contact us page for more details. If you would prefer to talk to us then please give us a call, it’s always nice to talk!


If I want to save an additional 10% by collecting, when will my furniture be ready?

If the furniture is in stock, depending on the size of the order, we can have it ready in one day. All of our Oak Furniture is checked off before it’s collected or despatched. Unlike other companies, we check everything before it leaves us. This has resulted in over 99% first delivery success rate and customer satisfaction. For collection, it is probably best to call us on 01483 808252 to discuss a collection date.


Will my furniture be delivered Flat packed?

Some of the larger pieces (i.e Wardrobes, Dining tables and Beds) come flat packed for transport and access reasons. On delivery these will require minor assembly. The rest of the oak furniture is delivered to you fully assembled and ready to be enjoyed. Please see product information for more details.


If I have a complaint, what should I do?

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience with Furniture Therapy then please do call us on 01483 808252 to discuss – or email info@furnituretherapy.co.uk.  We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and reply by the next working day.

We have received a very small amount of minor complaints.  The very few minor issues we have had; have been resolved very quickly leaving us with 100% satisfaction with all our customers.  We have never been asked for a refund yet!  How many other oak furniture companies can say that?!


What if the furniture is delivered damaged?

We work very hard to check every piece of furniture off before it is despatched from us, not many oak furniture companies do this! So far we have had less than 1% returns; of which we are very proud. But obviously, if the item is damaged on delivery then we will replace as soon as possible. Please see out terms and conditions for more details.


Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

Yes of course. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee provided you comply too our terms and conditions regarding this. Please make sure you check all dimensions of the furniture before you commit to buy. You can read more in our terms and conditions.
