When will my oak furniture be delivered?
Please take a look at each individual product to view the approximate delivery time. If all your furniture is in stock then we aim to deliver within 14 working days. If one piece has a longer lead-time, and depending on where you are based, the full order will be delivered at the same time. You can email or call to discuss further on 020 3874 2293.
If an Item is "Out of Stock" how long will delivery be?
Our stock holdings fluctuate every week. If an item is showing as "Out of Stock" then new stock is certainly on it's way generally within 5-8 weeks. The best thing to do in this instance is email or call to discuss further. You will find our contact details here.
Can you deliver outside of the mainland UK? (i.e N’Ireland, Republic or Ireland etc)
Yes Furniture Therapy can do this; we are able to deliver outside mainland UK. We can deliver to any address within GB Mainland via our normal courier. Deliveries to: AB, IV, PH, PF, KW, PA, BT, IM, TR, SA, LD and all Scottish Isles, Republic of Ireland and BT/Northern Ireland are possible via selected couriers that we use, although we do ask for an additional shipping change for these destinations per product. What will delivery cost me?
Delivery is FREE on all orders to mainland UK over £500. Orders under £500 will be subject to a small charge of £29.99. Surcharges may apply if you are in Wales or Scotland; the surcharge will be automatically added at checkout.
Can we view previous customer testimonials before we commit to purchase your oak furniture?
I found a product that I want to purchase but have seen it cheaper somewhere else.
We are sure that our prices are already very low, but if you have found the ‘exact’ same item cheaper elsewhere then please email or call us to discuss.
I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Please email email@example.com asap if you want to cancel your order. Please be aware, there may be a £15 administration cancellation fee and/or any occurring fees charged for reversing payment via the bank or payment gateway used. If the furniture has already been dispatched, you will have to follow the returns process.
We are looking for a particular product that is not shown on your website.
We advertise most of our stock on line, but there are other pieces we can supply that aren’t on the website. Please call or email us for more information.
What happens after I have processed my order online?
When you have completed an online order with Furniture Therapy – this is what happens next:
1. Your online payment of choice is processed. If there are any problems with the transaction we will call you back.
2. Furniture Therapy will email you a sales receipt with all your details on including your delivery address and contact details. If there is anything incorrect then please call or email us immediately.
3. You will be prompted when purchasing of the delivery due dates. Each product has the delivery time stated. If there are any issues we will call/email immediately.
4. When your item(s) are ready for dispatch the you will be contacted by our delivery company to arrange delivery. If you have any queries in between dispatch and delivery then please call/email to obtain a tracking update.
Will my furniture be delivered flat packed?
Some of the larger pieces (i.e Wardrobes, Dining tables and Beds) come flat packed for transport and access reasons. On delivery these will require minor assembly. The rest of the oak furniture is delivered to you fully assembled and ready to be enjoyed. Please see product information for more details, or contact us if you have any concerns.
If I have a complaint, what should I do?
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience with Furniture Therapy then please do call us on 020 3874 2293 to discuss – or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and reply by the next working day.
We have received a very small amount of minor complaints. The very few minor issues we have had; have been resolved very quickly leaving us with 100% satisfaction with all our customers. We have never been asked for a refund yet! How many other oak furniture companies can say that?!
What if the furniture is delivered damaged?
We work very hard to check every piece of furniture off before it is despatched, not many oak furniture companies do this! So far we have had less than 1% returns; of which we are very proud. But obviously, if the item is damaged on delivery then we will replace as soon as possible. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?
Yes of course. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee provided you comply to our terms and conditions regarding this. Please make sure you check all dimensions of the furniture before you commit to buy. You can read more in our terms and conditions.
